SIS launches US subsidiary accelerating its international expansion and digital strategies that provide new opportunities across the industry.
SIS, which has been active in the market’s pari-mutuel pool betting, will offer products and services for sportsbook operators and racetracks in the US.

NEVADA – Resorts World New York City opened a new 400-room Hyatt Regency Hotel at the property, and a massive, curved digital display from JCM Global (JCM) now greets guests as they pass through the Grand Lobby from the casino to the hotel. The 2.5mm digital sign measures almost six feet high and stretches across the entire width of the 26ft. arch connecting the two areas of the resort. Novastar controllers and Analog Way switchers empower Resorts World to display property information and engaging marketing content to guests.
The curved solution marks JCM’s second Digital Signage Solutions installation at the property. Previously JCM installed a double-sided 2.5mm Direct View LED signage above Resorts World’s recently expanded electronic table games area. “As the only casino in New York City, Resorts World Casino New York City strives to provide an unparalleled gaming and entertainment experience. US – AGEM has appointed Daron Dorsey as its new Executive Director, effective March 1, 2022. Dorsey will begin his new position after previously serving as SVP, General Counsel and Group
Compliance Officer at Ainsworth Game Technology in Las Vegas. Dorsey has also been an Officer and General Counsel of AGEM since 2016. Mr. Dorsey will be replacing Marcus Prater, who has served as AGEM Executive Director since 2008.

Scientific Games is the first to go live with its sports betting technology in Louisiana after powering Betfred Sports’ new retail offering at the Paragon Casino Resort.
Te Betfred Sportsbook inside Te Draft Room at Paragon Casino Resort, Marksville, is the first retail venue in the state to allow customers to place legal wagers on a variety of sports thanks to the latest partnership between Betfred Sports and Scientific Games’ OpenBet. Te launch follows Louisiana voters’ approval of legalized sports betting in a November 2020 referendum, which was passed into law in June 2021.
