Bally’s Intralot’s £225m bid for evoke Operator News
Following confirmation that Bally's Intralot is in talks to acquire UK gambling operator evoke, owner of William Hill, for £225m, Bally's Intralot CEO and Director, Robeson Reeves, has added some detail to what he believes the deal would bring to the company.
Evoke has until May 18 to confirm its position with no certainty that an offer will be made.
Reeves said: “We have built a business with a margin profile that stands out in this industry. Evoke has the scale. We see a compelling opportunity to bring our operating model to a significantly larger business and the potential to transform its financial performance through synergies we are uniquely positioned to deliver.
MLB signs deal with Caesars Ent. Sports Betting
MLB Players and Caesars Entertainment have announced a partnership agreement, making Caesars Sportsbook and William Hill officially licensed sportsbook partners of MLB Players. With this deal, Caesars gains access to MLB player name, image, and likeness rights for use across its online sportsbook platforms and at retail sportsbook locations for both brands in North America.
Beginning with the 2026 season, Caesars has integrated MLB player imagery into the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app in jurisdictions where it is live, the William Hill Nevada mobile app, and at

Approximately 300 regulators from 16 countries attended the 26th annual Regulators Roundtable presented by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Te event was hosted April 15 to 16 at the Palms Las Vegas. Te topics covered were as diverse as the attendees and included artificial intelligence, asset protection, cashless gaming, cyber resilience, digital responsible gaming interventions, geolocation, lottery modernisation, patron protection, prediction

Sports performance psychologist and author of Life as Sport Dr. Jonathan Fader delivered the keynote address. He spoke about how proven sport-performance psychology applies to the realities of today’s workplace, including high expectations, constant change, and pressure to perform. In addition to the presentations and breakout sessions, GLI hosted an Innovation Tech Hub, which featured live demonstrations from Bulletproof, EPIC, Evive, GLI University, Kobetron, KOIN, and Marker Trax.
