Cette allégation pourrait avoir un impact négatif sur cette loi puisque les législateurs pourraient décider de ne plus la soutenir.
L'institut des jeux et des casinos (IPJyC) de la province de Mendoza a décidé de ne pas renouveler les licences de deux casinos car ils ne correspon- dent plus à la politique du gouvernement. Les deux casinos des villes de Tunuyán et de Tupungato ont fermé leurs portes en mai.

Interblock has announced a deal with Galaxy Gaming, that allows Interblock to offer Galaxy’s industry-leading table game content.
Interblock’s first release will be applying Galaxy’s 21+3 Blackjack side bet on Interblock’s Diamond Video Blackjack platform. In addition to the new side bet content, the game will feature all-new Interblock graphics, including a 3-D Virtual Dealer.
