Trough Gaming Arts, we now have direct access to more than 155 US gaming jurisdictions, along with a well-established national network and a broad customer base. Tis not only strengthens our position in the United States but also opens the door to new collaborations and shared innovation.
Moreover, Gaming Arts’ products and technologies are not limited to the US market alone – they hold exciting potential for other international markets as well. Integrating their expertise into our global product pipeline will allow us to diversify our portfolio and bring fresh creative impulses to Merkur Games worldwide.
How are the Gaming Arts design teams being integrated into Merkur’s broader creative structure, and what have you learned

As part of the acquisition, the Gaming Arts portfolio is being expanded to include Merkur cabinets, creating exciting new combinations of hardware and content. Recently, our Mod Ex cabinet paired with Gaming Arts game content was launched in the US., showcasing the potential of this integration.
Te Gaming Arts teams are incredibly fast and agile, with a primary focus on the US market. At the same time, there is close collaboration and exchange with Merkur’s existing game design studios, al-lowing both sides to learn from each other and adopt best practices in creativity, innovation, and content localisation.
Already, Gaming Arts has developed several new Blueprint games, with more planned for the future. Beyond game development itself, there are also synergies with other areas of the company that we plan to explore, ensuring that the integration strengthens not only our creative output but also our global operations.
Merkur’s collaboration with Spintec continues to evolve. How does this partnership enhance Merkur’s position in the electronic table games segment?

With Gaming Arts and Spintec as partners, we are already very well positioned. Our current focus is on fully integrating these partnerships into the Group and leveraging the synergies they create. Despite this, we are always exploring strategically meaningful opportunities for Merkur. Growth remains a priority, and we remain open to forming additional partnerships – particularly in areas like the online segment.
