The plat- form was recently was selected by another large integrated device manufacturer for several of its global manufacturing sites. Introduced in 2019, Neon is opti- mized for devices used in mobili- ty, automotive, consumer, indus- trial, and medical applications. Through the first eight


months of 2021, Cohu received orders for Neon totaling $33 mil- lion from multiple customers, primarily for inspection and metrology of advanced packages and bumped dies. Neon was selected for its high production throughput combined with advanced vision systems to max- imize inspection yield. Neon is configured with true infrared imaging for subsurface crack detection on silicon and 3D metrology capability for precise measurements. Neon can handle fragile wafer-level chip-scale products

SAN JOSE, CA — COSEL has extended its power product offer- ing with 150 and 300W free-air convection-cooled power supplies, the LHP150F and the LHP300F. Designed for industrial applica- tions requiring high levels of safe- ty, the LHP150F and the LHP - 300F are certified according to EN62477-1 (OVC III). The products work over a


wide universal input voltage range of 85 to 264 VAC and have a high typical efficiency rating of 93 percent. The LHP150F and LHP300F are available in five dif- ferent output voltages commonly used in industrial auto mation and processes, with 200 percent peak power capability for up to 10 sec- onds for dynamic loads.
