DEERFIELD BEACH, FL — Inovaxe plans to debut new stor- age technology and showcase its SREX700 smart rack, SR200 smart rack and MODI Table at SMTA International. Inovaxe will debut a new Android device with its own InoAuto mobile application and integrated bar- code scanner. Using this device, users will
be able to add and pick parts from anywhere in their facility. In addition, the company plans to introduce its new wireless communication boxes that utilize a mesh network between the carts, bypassing Wi-Fi connec- tions. This lessens the require- ment for additional controllers, especially in large installations and especially when paired with the new InoAuto mobile device. The SREX smart racks are
Inovaxe’s highest density storage option, storing up to 880 reels in an area of only 2.5 square feet. These racks are stationary, so they are perfect for stockrooms, supermarkets, and other perma- nent storage locations.
Boron-Free Nickel Plating Process from
Technic CRANSTON, RI — Technic has introduced a boron-free nickel plating process for electronics plating applications, Goldeneye Nickel BF. Goldeneye Nickel BF has significantly altered the elec- tronics plating industry using a revolutionary new buffering agent which is completely free of all boron compounds for use exclusively in the Goldeneye Nickel process. In Europe, boric acid is classified as a “REPRO- TOXIC
SUBSTANCE —
H360FD” and a “Substance of Very High Concern” (SVHC) which is currently on the “candi- date list for authorization.” If boric acid is eventually included in the Authorization List, its use and supply may be severely restricted or banned entirely. With several key advan-
tages including low-stress nickel deposits, superior thickness dis- tribution, improved corrosion resistance, and increased plating speeds/production throughput, Goldeneye Nickel BF has signifi- cantly raised the standard for reel to reel, rack and barrel nick- el plating while simultaneously providing a “greener” process for
manufacturers. Contact: Technic, 47 Molter

Change is coming. Is your factory prepared?
More process data. Faster innovation cycles. Smarter factory systems. As the pace of change accelerates, we’re convinced that tomorrow’s PCB assembly environment should be a simpler place. A place where no build schedule is too complex. No defect goes unprevented. And no production is left standing still. From naked board to coated board – and everything in between.
At Productronica 2021, you’ll have the chance to bring us your bottle- necks, quality issues and integration challenges. And put our process experts to the test. Together, we can build the future of flexibility.
scanner eliminates receiving errors by automatically scanning, labeling, and receiving incoming material. Incoming packages are scanned with MODI’s patented cameras, the package details are read into the system from the manufacturer label, a new inter- nal label is generated, and with integrations this material can be automatically received into cus- tomer ERP systems. MODI reads all label types
from manufacturers, including text-only fields with their OCR option. MODI saves an image of
every incoming package for total and complete traceability and integrates seamlessly with Inovaxe’s smart storage. Combined with Inovaxe’s
