Spheres can ship any quantity of solder spheres from 10,000 to several million. Quick response quotes for any order quantity are also available. The company provides a range of products, including leaded alloys, lead-free alloys, tape-and-reel spheres, and copper spheres. Balls are available in many
alloys, including eutectic tin/lead and high-lead, typical for ceramic BGA packages, as well as many lead-free solder alloys, including low-silver alloy formulas, cur- rently in demand. The company offers a range
of spheres with diameters from 0.002 to 0.035 inches. Leaded products are designed and manu- factured to support optimized ball-attach applications of BGA and CSP components. Items are packaged to resist

tect against relative humidity fluctuations. Information on the labels contains part
number, quantity per jar, alloy, diameter in inches and millimeters, expiration date, lot code number, and QR code. With each prod- uct that ships, EasySpheres includes a cer- tificate of conformance that contains each of these values. “Our best practices approach to serving
