180-Pin BGA Socket from Ironwood Electronics
EAGAN, MN — Ironwood Electronics recently introduced a new high-performance BGA socket for 0.03 in. (0.75 mm) pitch BGA 180-pin memory devices. The SG-BGA-6511 sock- et is designed for a JC11 MO328
allows for mounting with no holes in the target PCB, no sol- dering, and minimal footprint. It can be mounted on any existing PCB with Ironwood’s exclusive placement/epoxy system. The SG-BGA-6511 sockets
