SHOW GUIDE

KÄRCHER STAND 01.135

Kärcher will again be presenting high- performance innovations on its 770m2 stand at this year’s ISSA/Interclean trade fair in Amsterdam. Amongst these will be the BRC 40/22 C automatic carpet cleaner, which features a brush head that rotates through 200°, making the machine exceptionally maneuverable. This eliminates the need to clean in parallel lanes, thereby achieving a time saving of up to 30%. The BRC 40/22 C has been nominated for the Innovation Award.

KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL STAND 11.726

Kimberly-Clark Professional will introduce its new consultative service for Facilities Managers and FM teams, the Washroom 5D programme, to its European market at ISSA/Interclean.

“Our Washroom 5D programme combines all we know about a winning washroom operation in five ‘dimensions’ of improvement: Cleanliness, Hygiene, Efficiency, Sustainability and Satisfaction,” explained Ed Borrini, Target Market Leader for Office Buildings at Kimberly-Clark Professional. “Washroom 5D is a unique consultative process in three core stages: discover, compare and improve. It discovers the specific key washroom pain points for FMs and how a washroom compares against industry standards. The programme also provides recommendations and tools to improve the washroom experience and tenant satisfaction levels which in turn can dramatically influence property lease renewals for FMs.”

Central to the process is a site assessment by a Kimberly-Clark Professional consultant. Data from this is analysed and feedback provided across the 5-Dimensions with recommendations of how to improve. The report also details how the washroom compares with industry standards developed from

Also among the finalists is Kärcher Connected Cleaning, a concept for networked cleaning. In future, digital products and services will increasingly interact, laying the foundation for optimisation and efficiency enhancements in commercial cleaning contractors’ daily routines. In a first step the Kärcher Fleet management programme and the Kärcher Manage software for tracking manual cleaning are being brought together on a single platform to organise facility management services.

the company’s vast experience and existing benchmark data.

Measurement is key and Kimberly- Clark Professional will recommend tools to collect data on end-user experience. “No other global FM organisation is benchmarking washroom standards,” added Ed. “The analysis of data provides a fact- based and objective view on how a washroom measures up.

“Washroom 5D helps FMs identify sensible changes that lead to measurable improvements in client satisfaction levels, and help uncover

operational efficiencies that allow FMs to cut costs, reduce waste, and invest their cleaning budget where it matters.”

Visitors to its stand (Hall 11.726) will be taken through the Washroom 5D programme by Kimberly-Clark Professional consultants, including a selection of the products and tools that support the programme.

Visit the Kimberly-Clark Professional stand to find out how you can Discover, Compare and Improve your washroom experience, and how to book your free Washroom 5D assessment.
