Katrin, Metsä Tissue’s brand for the Away-from-Home market, will be sharing exciting news with visitors to its stand at ISSA/Interclean Amsterdam 2016, with everything revolving around the new award- winning Katrin Inclusive Dispensers.

Vikan are looking forward to showing you their new product innovations at ISSA/Interclean Amsterdam 2016. The company’s brand new multi- award winning Ultra Safe Technology brushware will be on display, together with its new microfibre mop Damp Dry 31 and Easy Shine Kit.
This year Vikan are conducting a Hygiene Seminar. The seminar will take place on Wednesday 11th of May in conference room E107 at the RAI Conference Center. So that you can prioritise your time at ISSA/Interclean,
accessible as possible and can easily be used by almost anyone, anywhere, including the young and elderly and those who are less able bodied.
Visitors to the stand will be able to hear all about the awards that the Katrin Inclusive Dispensers have won and try out different Katrin tissue products in them. Designed to emphasise the colour approach of the new Inclusive dispensers, the modern black and white stand design, with an open gallery, will be easy to spot and will give visitors a great combination of information, entertainment, design and experience by showing all new dispensers and compatible tissue products for the optimal use, in a real washroom experience.
Vikan will be conducting the seminar at two separate times. The first seminar runs from 10.30-12.00, and the second seminar at 14.00-15.30. Both are open for everyone to attend. The seminar is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their knowledge of industry hygiene, focusing on manual cleaning tools.
Global Hygiene Specialist at Vikan, Debra Smith, will discuss ‘The selection, use and maintenance of cleaning equipment’, followed by a practical demonstration and presentation of the Vikan services.
Debra Smith has more than 30 years of hygiene and food safety experience. Prior to joining Vikan, she worked in the microbiology laboratory of Bernard Matthews Farms, the Food Safety Division of the UK’s Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) as a Research Manager and also as a Research Manager at Campden BRI. She holds qualifications in Applied Microbiology, Nutrition & Food Science, Advanced Food Hygiene and HACCP. She is author/co- author of numerous hygiene and food safety publications.

To take the visitors learning experience and entertainment to the next level, Katrin will also show its newest development in the digital area at ISSA. The Katrin Inclusive 3D World, a virtual reality application that is generated by the use of VR glasses, simulates a 3D washroom experience with the new Katrin Inclusive Dispenser Range.
