HYGIENE CONCERNS Following the news that BBC’s Watchdog programme found bacteria from faeces in samples of iced drinks from some of the UK’s leading restaurants and coffee shops, there has been an increasing flow of advice and information from the cleaning industry, particularly from the ice machine manufacturers who have been queuing up to give advice to operators.

As with the nature of microfibre Mi-Cloth ensures that bacteria are trapped in the cloth and not released onto the next surface to be wiped - the microfibre acting like a magnet and so helping to solve the problem of cross-contamination, particularly in hospitals, care homes and the catering sector.
