Summer is a busy period for outdoor events and ensuring a return on your financial and time investment is vital. Pre-Clean. Preparation is one of the most important aspects of running a successful event and a specialist
event cleaning company will work with you to ensure that everything is organised well in advance. They will want

to understand the site layout, facilities and timings, your expected number of guests and the key performance measures which you will be using. The pre-clean will ensure everything is in top condition prior to the event and may include deep cleaning of all the amenities including restaurants, bars, toilets and hospitality areas. Speciality cleaning services will probably be needed, such as kitchen cleaning, food hygiene testing and carpet cleaning, so it is important to select a supplier who has the appropriate capabilities.
An expert event cleaning company will also ensure that everything is ready to maintain high quality standards for the large numbers of expected visitors during the event. Site familiarisation for the help desk will ensure that they know the timings to get a cleaner to different areas of the site and that they are ready to facilitate a quick response to any issues. Janitorial supplies will be ordered so that cleaning tools, cloths and solutions are easily accessible, sufficient washroom consumables are available, and all bins can be prepared with adequate replacement liners.

Event day cleaning. On event day you will want to walk the site with your cleaning manager early in the
morning, to ensure that everything is completed as agreed, and to identify any minor snagging issues, which can then immediately be fixed.
