PAUL MORTON BECOMES OCS DIRECTOR OF HEALTHCARE


EXCELLENCE OCS Group UK Ltd has appointed Paul Morton as Director of Healthcare Centre of Excellence.


In this role, Paul will spearhead best practice in FM service delivery across all OCS healthcare contracts. Paul will report to Petra Moss, Managing Director of Healthcare and Education and will liaise with key stakeholders in all regions to ensure successful execution of the Group’s international healthcare strategy.


Before joining OCS, Paul spent 18 years at GE, first as Commercial Director of the Solutions arm of the business, then finally as General Manager for the Global Healthcare Infrastructure Division. In these roles, Paul led the business’s education, IT, infrastructure, and consulting services in Russia, Turkey, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.


Prior to joining GE, Paul was a Healthcare Management Consultant,


BICSc ASSESSOR STATUS GRANTED TO SERVEST’S RETAIL


AND LEISURE DIVISION The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), the UK’s largest independent, professional and educational body within the cleaning industry, has awarded Servest’s retail and leisure division training centre accreditation and assessor status.


This was the result of an intense six month training period carried out by the company to achieve the level of standard. BICSc’s assessor training programme worked alongside Servest’s existing training models and successions plans. The mandatory units were designed as an introduction for cleaning operatives, and from there other skills and knowledge were

following several successful management roles in the pharmaceutical and medical implant industries. He has a degree in Marketing, a Master’s degree in Finance, and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

The division, which sees almost 8,000 employees working across more than 2,000 sites, now has four qualified assessors at its helm. Thanks to the accreditation, these individuals can lead and deliver the high level BICSc standard training in-house to operatives. Servest is working on a plan to roll out the training programme to all divisional area managers, thereby improving standards across the division.
