Developing our managers and leaders is vital to creati ng a positi ve, inclusive, compassionate culture where staff can provide outstanding care to all our pati ents, and where staff are supported and nurtured to learn and develop as individuals and as part of successful teams.


Developing our teams


In additi on to the ongoing use of team coaching and team development sessions, during 2017-2018, 18 clinical and non- clinical staff were trained to be Aston OD Team Coaches and will be supporti ng teams and their leaders to work more eff ecti vely, leading to positi ve outcomes for both staff and pati ents.
