Apprenticeships Apprenticeships are a key way to learn on the job, to gain a qualification and earn a salary while learning. At HHFT we have supported staff, both clinical and non-clinical, to develop their careers through an apprenticeship route as an alternative to an academic route. Our apprenticeship opportunities are wide-ranging and in 2017/18 have included nursing, logistics, finance, hospitality, IT and management.

This year we achieved Training Provider accreditation which will enable us to develop and deliver our own apprenticeship programmes.
