MultiFlo FX Microplate Dispenser

Synergy Neo HTS Multi-Mode Microplate Reader

Synergy™ Neo is an HTS multi-mode microplate reader designed specifi cally for today’s screening and core laboratories. Synergy Neo has all the features expected in an HTS screening instrument, including multiple parallel detectors for ultra-fast measurements and a dedicated fi lter-based system for live cell assays. With a load/unload plate transfer time of about 6 seconds per plate, Synergy Neo’s optional plate stacker is the fastest stacker on the market, allowing walk-away automation of short- or long-term assays. Synergy Neo also meets today’s diverse assay requirements by incorporating features such as a powerful 100 mW laser-based excitation source for Alpha assays, a unique patented hybrid optical design, advanced temperature control to 65 ºC, orbital and linear shaking.

Ease of use and user confi dence are key to the design of Synergy Neo’s unique fi lter cubes that are barcode labelled for positive fi lter ID – limiting the possibility of errors and streamlining the workfl ow, while an available camera-based barcode reader can scan both 1D and 2D barcode-labelled plates. The outstanding functionality of Synergy Neo is controlled by the powerful, yet easy to use, Gen5™ 2.0 Data Analysis Software. If you are involved in the HTS screening world, Synergy Neo was designed just for you.

MultiFlo™ FX is a fully modular reagent dispenser for 6- to 1536-well plates offering BioTek’s unique Parallel Dispense™ technology. Up to four independent reagents can be dispensed in parallel without potential carryover. The choice of peristaltic or syringe pumps allows reagent conservation and unattended operation down to 500 nL. An available wash module adds multi- purpose functionality – a fully confi gured MultiFlo FX replaces up to fi ve liquid handlers. All functions are easily programmed and accessed via the high resolution colour touch screen user interface and the small footprint allows MultiFlo FX to be used in a biosafety cabinet or integrated into an automated robotic system.
