Unique in TOC Analysis – 10 Years Long-Term Warranty on NDIR Detector

Are you facing detection problems with your TOC analyser frequently? You should work with the most robust and most sensitive NDIR detector for TOC analysis on the market.

The unique Focus Radiation NDIR Detector® for the multi N/C®

(FR-NDIR) series combines sensitivity and a

wide working range with a unique robustness. This new type of NDIR detector is corrosion-resistant, which ensures reliable results and high stability you can rely on: Analytik Jena now provides a 10 years long-term warranty for the ‘heart’ of each multi N/C® analyser – the FR-NDIR detector.

Higher sensitivity and long-term stability are the brand marks of the Focus Radiation NDIR Detector®

.

Due to a new and unique detector design radiation density surpasses classical detectors many times. There are no energy losses like known by corrosion- prone reflection based NDIR detectors.

multi N/C® – TOC analysis at the highest level –

with the most robust and sensitive wide range NDIR detector in the market.

Flexibility Beyond any Limits – multi N/C® With a multi N/C®

TOC Analysis With Self Check System: It Doesn’t Get Safer! series.

Maximum operation safety with minimum operation effort and perfect measurement results for unattended 24 hour operation: that’s provided only by the fully integrated Self Check System (SCS) of the multi N/C®

This self-monitoring of the device permanently and automatically controls all the parameters which are important for device safety and quality of the analysis. As an intelligent combination of hardware components and software functions, it ensures the trouble-free operation of the entire analytical system. Parameters, such as gas flows, temperatures, pressures, system tightness, detector status, baseline stability, maintenance intervals etc. are constantly checked.

Thereby the SCS works hand in hand with the auto-protection assembly. This effective measuring gas drying and cleaning, which operates completely without the use of chemical drying agents, is monitored by integrated temperature and pressure sensors. If any tolerance levels are exceeded, the SCS assures an automatical shutdown in or order to protect high-value system components.

Furthermore the automatic gas-leak check avoids scattering of measuring results or false low readings caused by gas leaks or flow fluctuations. This way TOC/TNb With a multi N/C®

analysis becomes child’s play and system operation even without expert knowledge or experiences is no problem. you are always on the safe side!

analyser the parameters TOC, NPOC, POC, TC, TIC and TNb can be measured quickly,

easily and without any conversion. This is possible thanks to the perfect combination of an efficient sample digestion technology, VITA®

System and Focus Radiation NDIR Detector® TOC and TNb are measured truly simultaneously,

with a single injection and without any exchange of catalyst or method. A chemiluminescence detector (CLD) or a solid state chemodetector (ChD) ensure quantitative and reliable measurement of all organic and inorganic nitrogen compounds.

With variable injection techniques suitable for most diverse sample volumes and with an intelligent rinsing technique, there are no compromises for particle containing samples. Due to temperatures of up to 1300 °C and sample amounts of up to 3 g, the solids module HT 1300 guarantees representative TOC measurement results, even in samples with a low level of homogeneity. And the worldwide unique double furnace technology offers a supplementary alternative for solids analysis.

29327pr@reply-direct.com multi N/C® :

The High-Speed TOC multi N/C®

was developed for an extremely high

sample throughput. A wide range of autosamplers is available for the automation of the analyser. High- throughput labs are using samplers with a capacity of up to 116 samples; users with small amounts of samples are using the small, inexpensive autosamplers.

The integrated sample homogenisation (stirring), the automatic acidification and purge out features turn your autosampler into an all-rounder for sample preparation and feeding. While one sample is analysed, the next one is already under preparation. Thus, it can analyse twice as many samples. Not only the TOC determination is fast: From a single injection you get both TOC and TNb

results without

any conversion of the instrument, exchange of method or catalyst.

It’s time for an “economic boom” in your lab! multi N/C®

guarantees speed, high sample

throughput, low downtime and extremely low running costs.
