TRAINING
Taking a different approach to training
As a trusted training partner for many organisations across the East Midlands, the Chamber is pleased to be launching a new online programme of half-day and full-day courses later this month. This will be a changing and adaptable programme, which will develop as the ongoing coronavirus situation evolves, but some of the courses and workshops we plan to offer include:
DIRECTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME – ONLINE Starting on 4 June, the first three modules of our Director Development Programme will be delivered as online half-day sessions, with further decisions on delivery being made as the course progresses. If you’re a director or senior manager within a company, this programme is designed for you to make a real difference in the ability of your business to consistently achieve its objectives. BESPOKE TRAINING – ONLINE Many people in the UK are currently working in isolation, which we know can be a challenge, especially for those of us who relish an office and team environment. Furloughed workers can attend
training while on leave, so this could be a good opportunity to upskill your team. Keeping your staff development
up to date during this time is essential, meaning that once we get back to ‘normal’, skills will have been harnessed and we will be ready to hit the ground running – which will be essential for businesses. One of the best ways to do this
is through Bespoke Training. Working with our team of dedicated trainers, we can design and develop online training sessions to support your teams. We have already delivered a few
online sessions since the lockdown restrictions were announced which have been well received. Flexibility, as always, is the key to
this and with over 30 years’ experience of developing bespoke training options, you will know you are in safe hands.
PLAN AHEAD Why not take some time to look forward to your training programmes for later this year, our comprehensive range of face-to- face courses includes:
48 business network May 2020
