he new site is located approximately six miles from the previous depot and offers
five times the capacity.
This means we are able to process additional volume and provide our customers with a wide range of products; in fact, we’ve increased our local product range by over 3,000 units.
The move to a larger depot dramatically reduces our reliance on overseas delivery, helping us to offer exemplary service and same day delivery on over 1,000 medicines commonly sold over the counter.
The new site has been particularly beneficial to Numark members who

can now access an increased own brand range.
100 per cent of own brand that features in the top 1000 core range lines is now available and means that Numark members have access to the largest distributed own brand range in Northern Ireland.
The Numark brand is big business for our customers. The split between OTC and dispensary lines is much more even than any other part of the UK, with some members reporting OTC share of volume accounting for almost 40 per cent.
Numark has always had a strong presence in Northern Ireland and our membership continues to grow. Over the last year, we have seen a
significant increase in our customer base, with over 90 per cent of independents (groups of 50 or fewer) becoming Numark members: a testament to the strength of the Numark offering.
The opening of this larger depot has changed the dynamic of our business. We are now able to better meet the needs of our customers, which, in turn, has helped them to offer their customers a wider range of product choice.
We also have access to a dedicated conference space, which has enabled us to deliver training workshops for services such as flu vaccinations.
