During the last 24 years, Anne has introduced a wide range of initiatives to the pharmacy. In leading the patient safety work in the pharmacy, Anne recognised a particular concern with handout incidents.
she rebriefed the sOPs and undertook roleplays and other activities to help bring to life the importance of getting handouts of prescriptions accurately every time. As a result, handout incidents have decreased in the pharmacy.

she is an integral member of the team, who looks after the stockholding in the pharmacy to ensure stock is kept within the required range while ensuring the appropriate stock is available for her patients and that owings are kept as low as possible.
Anne is an excellent team member with a very positive influence on the rest of her team, even in stressful situations. Anne never flinches and can always think on her feet.
On rare occasions when the pharmacy is short staffed Anne doesn’t complain. she simply rolls up her sleeves and gets to work with a ‘can do’ attitude.
