Throughout the visit, the shopper felt hat there was a very ‘warm’, inviting atmosphere in the pharmacy and could regularly hear team members welcoming patients as they entered the premises.

Having carefully inspected the pharmacy premises, the shopper approached Louise, telling her that they had a sore neck and shoulders and were looking for a cooling gel. Louise responded by taking the shopper over to the shelves and indicating a number of products that could help. she asked if the shopper had taken anything to help with the pain and they replied by saying that they had been taking paracetamol but that they didn't like taking tablets. Louise suggested cooling gels, which would help with both pain and inflammation. Louise directed the shopper to the herbal product section and the shopper was ‘really impressed’ by Louise’s knowledge of the products that she was recommending. she informed the shopper that Pernaton gel was a

gel she had previously used herself and said that it had a cooling and warm effect.

The shopper then asked Louise if they could have some Adcortyl for their daughter. she replied that that was no longer available, but that there were similar products available. Throughout their interaction with Louise, the shopper found her to be extremely friendly and felt that she gave them her full attention throughout.
