Today’s assignment, Jenny Von Gunbil Gonzmart Williams, should you choose to accept it, will be to sniff out the distinct aromas along the Safety Harbor shoreline. Every day, this lucky pup goes to work with one of her humans. Some days it’s with Andrea Gonzmart Williams to the corporate offices of Columbia Restaurant Group in Ybor City. The day we caught up with JennyBean, she was on an outdoor assignment in Safety Harbor with Beau Williams, owner of AquaTech Eco Consultants. The company specializes in innovative seagrass restoration projects. The goal of the proj- ect at the Safety Harbor Waterfront Park and Marina is to create a living shoreline by building a natural seawall. The restoration project involved removing the concrete seawall and exposing the natural springs. The native shoreline will help prevent erosion, while providing and enhancing marine habitat. Just one more reason to visit Safety Harbor. National Take Your Dog To Work Day is June 21.
