Breakfast bliss
Is breakfast the most important meal of the day? If we approach it right it certainly can be. A nutritious breakfast replenishes blood sugar levels to help your mind and body function better and can prevent overeating later in the day. The Island has plenty of places to enjoy a wide variety of healthy or hearty breakfasts, grab brekkie to go, or find the ingredients to prepare a tasty spread at home. Make time for a healthy breakfast in 2019, and fuel up for the day ahead with some inspiration from Style of Wight.
