1. Why are you passionate about your specialty?
It brings me great joy to see those who were struggling with their health fi nally living the life they always dreamed of after learning how to truly heal their chronic illnesses and mystery symptoms.
2. What sets you apart from other practitioners in the holistic fi eld?
Not only am I a bestselling author on mind/body/nutrition, I am also a medical
intuitive. Getting to the bottom of an issue right away as opposed to multiple visits to the traditional doctors. 3. What can clients expect from working with you?
Clients can expect a direct, no nonsense approach on their path to wellness. I will be there to hold them accountable and help them meet and exceed their goals. 4. What plans do you have for the future for your business?
I am currently in the process of writing my second book as well as expanding my business online to others around the world.
5. Tell us about the best memory you have about being a holistic practitioner.
That would have to be when I spoke with the cardiac surgeon after a client's surgery to have him ask me, "What are you doing with her? I've never seen this before...her arteries are better than ever after 25 years of chronic heart disease!"
6. What is your favorite place to travel, your favorite food, and your favorite hobby? That would defi nitely have to be Walt Disney World with my
family. As for my favorite food, I would have to say anything homemade, and for my hobby when I'm not writing or seeing clients I love to sew and craft!

eighanne Champion is a certifi ed Life Coach and Health & Wellness coach. She earned her third certifi cation in Energy Leadership as a Master Practitioner.
1. Why are you passionate about your specialty? We spend money on education, homes, cars and vacations,
and yet what we are really seeking is peace of mind. Our mental health determines how we feel about ourselves, how we view the world, and what we are able to create within our own lives.
2. What sets you apart from other practitioners?
As an Energy Leadership Practitioner, I teach my clients about the 7 Levels of Energy and what it means for them in their lives. They take an assessment that provides a snapshot view of how they normally resonate energetically, and how they respond under stress. Then we work together to improve areas they want to shift.
3. What can clients expect from working with you?
As a Coach, I focus on the present and future dreams and goals of a client, and create game plans to move forward. Anyone who wants to improve their life would benefi t from a Coach....I believe in fi nding the joy in the journey.
4. What is the best memory you have about being a coach? One of my clients was having diffi culty naming their Core Values and
there was this moment when they realized they wanted to add "FUN" as a top Value for their life. They were afraid that somehow it wasn't serious enough to list. We celebrated together when they gained clarity that adding "Fun" could be a game changer.

nderstanding what motivates a patient and the obsta- cles that impede progress enables me to recommend
individualized strategies for success. Applying biochemistry to each patient and seeing the positive results is extremely gratifying. I truly believe that Functional Medicine provides
the necessary framework for how medicine is meant to be practiced. 1. Why are you passionate about your specialty?
I am passionate about practicing medicine in a way that looks at and ad- dresses the root causes of illness such as nutritional and hormonal imbal- ances, poor gut and immune health as well as environmental toxicities and uses food, nutrition and therapeutic lifestyle change to positively impact and optimize health.
2. What sets you apart from other practitioners?
I am committed to learning all that I can to help serve my patients. My highest values in life are love, integrity and service and I do my very best to live by these values. I listen fully, care deeply and respect and honor my partnership with all patients.
3. Tell us about the best memory you have about being a holistic practitioner.
I love to see people getting better! I see it when they walk in my offi ce
after having instituted some of the lifestyle changes I have asked them to make and when I am reviewing blood work and see the positive changes refl ected in their test results! It is so exciting to witness how well this approach can work!
4. What do you like the most about being a part of Natural Nutmeg?
I love what the magazine stands for and the information it conveys. Edu- cating the public and joining like-minded individuals who are committed to improving the health and well-being of others is so important to me. I have found my tribe, my community, my family and I am so grateful!
