The Chamber’s Annual Christmas Lunch, the flagship event in the Chamber’s Leicestershire events calendar, is the business event to attend if you want to kick-start the festive season in style. The 2018 lunch – kindly
sponsored by Nicky Stephen Marketing and Soar Valley Press - will be hosted at the fabulous Winstanley House. The festivities will begin at noon with a welcome drink reception before a three- course meal served with wine. After lunch you can continue
networking and enjoy the top-class entertainment on offer. A charity raffle will also be held
on the day in aid of the East Midlands Chamber Charitable Fund, with a range of fabulous prizes to be won. The informal and relaxed
atmosphere at the Christmas Lunch provides a great environment to entertain clients and guests, with plenty of opportunities to ‘work the room’ during the afternoon. With key business contacts from
across the whole region, all in one place, this event signals the start of the Christmas season in the region for many businesses.
Entertainer confirmed for
annual Christmas Lunch 2018 Renowned comedian Sean Collins will entertain guests at the Chamber’s highly regarded annual Christmas Lunch this December. Canadian Sean began his comedy
career at home in Vancouver after working as a child counsellor on the psychiatric unit at a local hospital. Since then he’s moved to the UK and carved a comedy career based around his laid-back delivery of tales and observations from his life. Sean’s intimate delivery draws audiences in to his personal
anecdotes on fatherhood, living a cleaner life, and his water-skiing mishaps. With his relaxed, gravely drawl, Sean takes a sardonic look at love, life in the UK, and being burgled as showcased in his appearance on Michael McIntryre’s Comedy Roadshow. After a decade in the UK, Sean is now firmly established as a club
and comedy festival favourite. He’s a regular at the London Comedy Store and his Edinburgh shows frequently gain critical and audience praise, including ‘Best of the Fest’ accolades.
TICKETS: Tickets are £60+VAT for Chamber members. You can book a table of ten for £550+VAT. Alternatively, you can extend your table and book 12 places for £630+VAT, saving £7.50 per ticket.
