This year, the stars won’t just be on the top of your Christmas tree as The Droppingwell proudly presents a season of star-spangled tribute acts to get you in the party spirit.
Known for their family friendly atmosphere, the spotlight will be firmly on The Droppingwell this December, with each weekend jam-packed full of high energy entertainment nights, all for free. Bringing a little Faith to the celebrations, kick things off on Friday 1st December with a tribute to the late and great George Michael. Looking for a Larger than Life night? Then Everybody Get Up as the Big Boyband Reunion are here not once, but twice, with their tribute to all things Westlife, Boyzone and the Backstreet Boys– a great way to distress when the Christmas Going Gets Tough.
Speaking of boybands, Take That’s two heartthrobs Gary and Robbie will be each hosting their own tribute nights to Relight Your Fire. And Another One Bites the Dust as Freddie Mercury
breaks free to get everyone having such a good time.
Mamma Mia! Get ready Dancing Queens as Sarah Hewson brings ABBA to the stage. Or Just Dance with the Lady Gaga tribute.
On such a beautiful night, if you’re looking for something fun to do, Rojay as Bruno Mars will be adding some Uptown Funk to December with his 24k Magic set list.
It wouldn’t be Christmas without a little Sherry, Baby! Jersey Boy falsetto Frankie Valli will be in town serenading all those lovely ladies that can’t take their eyes off of him.
And finish the month off with the Backbeat Blues Brothers who are bringing soul and motown to The Droppingwell for a non-stop night of shuffling and Shaking Your Tail Feathers.
Let’s not forget Christmas is a time for children, too. After Santa has been, the pups from Paw Patrol will be at the rescue on Wednesday 27th December to save them from those post-Christmas blues with a gift for all children dining.
Or call in for festive fayre with a three course menu served throughout December. With the likes
of haddock fishcakes or caeser salad for starters, traditional pork and gammon or lemon butter seabass for mains, plus warm chocolate brownie and strawberry prosecco cheesecakes for desserts, you’ll be in for a real festive treat.
