Pear and stilton croute, sour dough bread toasted with garlic butter, topped with melted cheese and honey roast pears (v)


Smoked salmon and cream cheese puff pastry tart with a garlic and spinach mayonnaise


Saddle of rabbit stuffed with rabbit liver pate, wrapped in


parma ham and baked, served with a sweet potato puree and a honey and garlic jus (GF)


Mini festive turkey pie in a creamy brie sauce, served with a cranberry infused gravy


Christmas Day Join us for a festive drink and complimentary canapés


12noon- 3pm Mains


Turkey served with all the trimmings and a homemade Yorkshire pudding (can be made GF please state when ordering)


Confit duck leg on a bed of sweet cabbage with roast carrots and duck fat and thyme roast potatoes, topped with parsnip crisps (GF)


Slow roasted streaky bacon joint sat on a black pudding and sprout mash with roast parsnips and honey jus (GF)


Salt and pepper King prawns, mussels, squid and haddock pieces served with garlic new potatoes


Roasted root vegetable gnocchi with beetroot garlic topped with pine nuts and dressed with truffle oil (v)


Desserts


Traditional Christmas pudding served with a hot brandy sauce


Sticky toffee pudding served with vanilla ice cream (GF)


Prosecco panna cotta with sloe gin compote


Ginger bread cheesecake served with vanilla ice cream
