NEW COURSES ADDED TO THE PROGRAMME

ILM - Level 2 award in effective team member skills 27 September and 4 October

A practical programme focusing on the elements needed to be a highly effective team member. The course includes elements of self-management, making best use of your time, the role you play in the team and how your own character, personality and traits can be used to strengthen your team and its performance.

ILM - Level 5 in coaching and mentoring Eight-day course starting 4 October

Ideal for those responsible for coaching or mentoring within their own organisation, either as part of a line management role or as part of a development role. The course is also suitable for those with coaching aspirations as a freelance coach or mentor.

Selling for non-sales people 6 October

There are many instances when a sales support person, usually involved in the implementation or delivery of a product or service, can have a significant influence on the level of present and future business from that client. In fact, non-sales people probably generate more trust and future business in just these situations.

Office 365 for business 31 October

With many businesses considering switching to Microsoft Office 365, this course will provide details of the latest plans available to businesses and introduce some of the key apps within Office 365 including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Bookings, Skype For Business, One Drive, Delve, One Note and Office.

TESTIMONIAL “There are many benefits from six days away from your normal area of activity. Workplaces are all different, but people tend to be similar throughout the world. The learning comes not just from the course leader, but also from your colleagues who freely provide information about their previous experiences and situations. The situations that you have at work are probably things they have also encountered. There isn’t just a course leader to learn from – although he/she is someone to learn a great amount from - but the rest of your peer group as they are a mine of information, anecdotes and advice.” Steve Brown, Adshead Ratcliffe
