MARKET OPPORTUNITIES

Graeme goes on to say that of course there is competition, but no one within 150 miles of their Gapton Hall Industrial Estate premises and the company’s arrival in the area has been met enthusiastically by many of the big names in the locality who previously would have been relying on next day delivery of equipment from as far afield as Aberdeen.

TRAINING AND COMPETENCE He goes on to say that they are able to provide not only sales, hire, service/repair and calibration facilities but also training and bolting competence assurance services at an onsite classroom. Previously personnel would have had to travel as far as Northumberland or Aberdeen for training - so much easier to train personnel on home soil hence more cost effective and beneficial all round!

LOCAL AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Technical knowhow is backed up by local knowledge of the area and Rob, an oracle of Great Yarmouth and experienced offshore worker, has been adopted by the family or to coin Graeme’s’ phrase, has now become a ‘quasi-family member’ to assist in the future development of the company.

THE FUTURE

The ethos of Gee-force is to provide an exceptional service and customer satisfaction bar-none, little things that make a difference i.e. free delivery of equipment (within a half hour radius) and doing that little bit extra to make

client dealings with the company a positive experience and one that will continue to ensure a first class service to new and existing companies alike.

IN A NUTSHELL

Within this relatively short scribe I have endeavoured to impart a fraction of the energy and enthusiasm gleaned upon the conclusion of my conversation. It was abundantly clear that with Graeme at the helm of this enthusiastic team there is, and will be, certainly a natural propensity for success! Of which we will look forward to catching up and picking the story up in future issues.
