They come in a kit containing all the materials needed to create characters from Angry Birds, Peppa Pig, Mickey Mouse Club House, Cars 2, Skylanders and Moshi Monsters in multicoloured modelling clay, with faces and other parts of the body on additional pieces of cut-out cardboard. Clay Buddies is for 4-10 year olds. Each format contains all the materials needed to create the characters. The blister includes three sticks of multicoloured modelling clay, cardboard cut outs, velcro and an activity book. Mini Clay Buddies include one clay bar, a cardboard, a velcro and a checklist; Mini Clay Buddies format will be available for Angry Birds, Moshi Monster and Peppa Pig. The small box contains the materials needed to make two characters. The large box contains 18 sticks of modelling clay (three for each character), velcro, six trays with all the cardboard cut outs needed to make the characters, as well as an activity book. The small and large boxes also include a stage on which to mount the characters. The Pulsar Powerball was identifi ed by the US’s fourth longest-running national TV Channel ‘The View’ as one of the top picks for a ‘Best of Toy Fair’ feature which was broadcast to over 4m viewers in February. The Pulsar Powerball is a craft toy which combines play with an educational, scientifi c element. The kit enables children to mould bouncy balls using a crystal growing kit. The balls also include internal lights adding a glow in the dark feature. The Pulsar Powerball is one kit which features in a line-up of craft products under the ‘Curiosity Kits’ umbrella.
