of the world, including the products and services it offers, the needs of its customers and the environment in which it competes. As a result, the need to quickly change direction, strategies, and customer offerings to remain ahead of the curve has become critical for many printers in today’s competitive marketplace. One way that printers in the mid- range market segment can help accom- plish these goals is by expanding their client services to include mailing. Today’s mailing solutions are packed with a wide array of capabilities,

including ones that can help save time and costs, while delivering more pow- erful customer communications. For example, Pitney Bowes’s Con- Customer
