Red Rhino strengthen their impressive range

RED Rhino Crushers Ltd from Grantham, Lincolnshire are UK market-leaders in the exporting sector, providing services to every continent around the world.

Specialising in the manufacture of mini crushers and 3-way screeners, Red Rhino use quality materials combined with skilled engineering, ensuring production quality alongside the day-to- day rigours of the crushing industry.

These award-winning mini crushers enable a variety of demolition waste including concrete, refractory materials, ‘glass slag’ and asphalt to be crushed, screened and reused.

This is a big fi nancial benefi t, as it saves the contractor all the cost associated with transporting and tipping waste, along with the cost or purchasing of the new material, site deliveries and tax.

Red Rhino products comply with stringent emission regulations, therefore they can operate in environmentally sensitive areas, such as city centres and other urban areas in the UK and worldwide.

The savings and other commercial benefi ts from on-site crushing and screening is huge, with electric-powered versions available in certain model sizes for use in factories, underground tunnels and mines. These versions have been used for a number of projects on the London underground tunnel network, and mining applications in France.

Red Rhino have a range of Jaw Crushers to suit every application, with inexpensive transport costs within an aff ordable budget. The smallest machine is a Red Rhino 2000 Series Static Plant, weighing 750kgs, the size increases to the Red Rhino 7000+

Series (above), weighing in at 10,000kgs.

The smallest track-mounted Red Rhino Crusher has been sold for ‘mountain path restoration’ in remote areas such as New Zealand, and a high altitude airstrip restoration in Papua New Guinea. The 4000 will even track through a standard doorway.

The 5000 Series has recently been used inside the prestigious Battersea Power Station redevelopment project in central London.

The Red Rhino 3-Way Screener is used to separate bulk material such as top soil, sand, gravel, aggregates, rail ballast, beach materials, and sub base, which creates clean and screened products at up to 80 tonnes per hour. This includes the added benefi t of being able to transport on a lightweight plant trailer.

Demand has created further expansion of the Crusher Series and 3-way screeners, with a number of exciting new products being developed in readiness for launch at Hillhead next year.
