CK International present new addition to 1410 baler range

CK INTERNATIONAL are showcasing the newest addition to their 1410 fully automatic channel press baler range at RWM stand 5P30.
CK International and Avermann have worked to design and specify the new AVOS1410, and now off er a machine which is perfect for the UK market and have installed 15 AVOS1410 machines within the UK during mid-2017.
This channel press baler has been designed and built specifi cally for the UK market, and it is the ideal solution for the logistics and distribution sector processing large volumes of cardboard and plastic fi lm.
Balers loaded via automatic conveyance
The baler is designed with effi cient Bosch Rexroth hydraulics which reduces energy consumption and the machine has a generous feed opening for loading larger materials. The balers are ideally loaded via automatic conveyance, which optimises throughput and reduces the need for manual intervention.
This fully automatic baler has a 50-tonne compaction force and can process up to six tonnes per hour and achieves up to 500kg mill size bales.
The baler comes with a bale stamper ram as standard to ensure a smooth baling operation; a heavy duty shearing system with removable serrated blades; and interlocked access panels for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
It also features remote access to assist with commissioning,
service and diagnostics. Another useful feature on the machine is the wire break control system, which identifies when a wire needs to be replaced, thus eliminating any unnecessary downtime.
