For horse racing – company share capital must be at least LTL0.5m


For Category B machines – share capital must be at least LTL1m


For Casino operators – share capital must be at least LTL4m


l As a security bond the Supervisory Authority sets a limit that each company must have at least:


Per table game – LTL40,000 Per Category A slot – LTL25,000 Per Category B slot – LTL300


For companies organising bingo, totalisator, betting and horse racing – they must have not less than 25 percent of the required minimum share capital.
