OLYMPIC ENTERTAINMENT GROUP currently operates a total of 82 casinos with 3,038 slots and 178 tables in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Belarus and Italy. Of this number there are 18 slot casi- nos in Estonia (one is closed at present for reform) - 14 casinos in Tallinn, two in Tartu and one each in Parnu and Johm. Table games can be found in two casinos – Radisson Blu Olumpia Casino in Tallinn and Tartu casi- no.


The company started operating in 1993 and today employs some 530 people. Last year the company paid more than €4.5m in gambling tax to the Estonia govern- ment.


Alongside its casino operations the OEG company also has several other companies in the hotel real estate development and operating sector including Fortuna Travel, Nordic Gaming, Kungla Investeeringu and Kaslino.ee an internet solutions company.


OEG saw sales revenues in 2013 of €145.3m whilst gam- ing revenues accounted for over 93 percent of this total (€135.9m) whilst consolidated net profit totalled €25.7m.


Group revenues in the Estonian market remained stable with revenues of €35.2m with EBITDA of €9.3m and operating profit at €7.7m. Today Olympic has 18 casinos with 737 slots and 19 tables across the sector and its market share is around 56 percent.


Last year the company signed an agreement with Kesklinna Hotelli and AS Merko Ehitus Eesti for the con- struction of a new hotel to be operated by Hilton Worldwide which will also replace the current Reval Park Hotel and Casino in Tallinn.


The new hotel and entertainment complex will cost around €36m. The current Reval Hotel and Casino ceased operations in October 2013 when OEG’s flagship casino moved its activities to the Radisson Blu Hotel Olumpia for two years and is the largest casino in Estonia providing Las Vegas style gambling venue.


The casino runs popular daily poker tournaments and has an OlyBet area. There are 60 slots and 10 gaming tables with a VIP lounge with three tables and poker hall with six tables.


The new building began work in February this year and is expected to be completed by December 2015.


It will be a 13 storey hotel and consist of a four storey low building topped with a nine storey high building. The lower part will include the casino, lobby, conference hall, spa and restaurant. The higher part will include 202 rooms.


The casino will take over 1,600sq.m and have a separate gaming area for slots, tables, club poker and a VIP lounge. The other casinos in the Olympic group in Estonia include:


l OLYMPIC CASINO NORDE is at the Norde Centrum shopping centre and this is a marine themed slots casino next to the Tallinn passenger port. There are weekly poker tournaments and an OlyBet zone.


l OLYMPIC CASINO VANA-VIRUis on the edge of the Tallinn old town in a historic firehouse facing Viru Hotel and is located amongst bars and restaurants. OlyBet available.


l OLYMPIC CASINO KRISTIINE has the largest OlyBet sports bar in Estonia and is located in Tallinn.


l OLYMPIC CASINO MAGISTRALI offers sports and slots and is in Tallinn.


l OLYMPIC CASINO MUSTIKAis tropically themed and offers weekly poker tournaments and OlyBet sports and is located in Tallinn.


l OLYMPIC CASINO ROCCA AL MARE is decorated in an ancient Greek theme and located in Tallinn and offers slots, OlyBet and weekly poker tournaments.


l OLYMPIC CAISNO NURMENUKUis located in a shopping centre of the same name and provides gam- bling to the Oismae and Mustamae city districts.


l OLYMPIC CAISNO JARVE is also located in a shop- ping centre and a very spacious slot hall offer poker tournaments, slots and OlyBet.


l OLYMPIC CASINO PIRITAused to be located at the Tallinn Olympic Yachting Centre and opened back in 1993 and as such was the first Olympic casino to open in Estonia. Today it is operating in the Pirita Top Spa Hotel.


l OLYMPIC CASINO LASNAMAE CENTRUMhas an ancient Greek theme and offers slots and OlyBet.


l OLYMPIC CASINO MUSTAKIVI provides gambling to the Lasnamae city district and has slots and OlyBet.


l OLYMPIC CASINO KOPLI is situated in a building which was once the cinema theatre Rahu in Tallinn and offers slots and OlyBet.


l OLYMPIC CASINO TARTUis located in the heart of this historic university town of Tartu and provides slots and table games and is designed with a Rock n Roll theme plus with an OlyBet zone.

CITY CASINOoperates as a brand under OU Best4U company and began its activities in Estonia back in 2001 by opening Bally’s Casino. It is a chain of gaming halls belonging to Ritzio Entertainment Group called City Casinos. In March 2004 they opened the first CityCasino
