Preview ICE TOTALLY GAMING 2015 LATEST CURRENCY AND RFID ADVANCEMENTS
Gaming Partners International is looking forward to kicking off 2015 with the ICE show on booth S6-230
GPI will be exhibiting a wide range of high quality casino currency along with our full suite of table game products including our expanded playing card offerings. As a leading industry manufacturer we will be featuring an array of new options designed to provide casino operators expanded chip, plaque and jeton options and other products and solutions that help maximize their table game performance.
We celebrate our B&G line’s 90th anniversary with the addition of several new offerings to our B&G currency, including our brand new V- Series chip line. It is an American-style chip composed of a brand new injection material formula that is both stronger and more durable. The line has been designed to offer an unprecedented variety of configurations providing operators more currency options. The V-Series also includes ChipShield as a standard feature. An anti-microbial substance that helps inhibit the growth of stain-causing mildew, ChipShield leaves a cleaner, more sanitary chip surface. For customers who order the V-Series with four or more color shots, the chips come standard with an infra-red security feature exclusive to GPI.
We have added two new standard designs including the Dragon’s Eye and our new Ribbon design, available with two different ribbon pattern widths. These new designs, like our
other standard plaque designs, can be designed using several new material patterns and colors. For customers who choose lunettes for their plaques, they now have the option to select from four new Chameleon plaque materials that shift color when rotated, providing a stunning visual effect. These new choices are available in both transparent and opaque options, extending the design possibilities even further.
In our commitment to provide customers new options to protect their money, we developed two new currency security feature options. Each can be layered with most of our other currency security offerings to maximize their currency protection. The first is 3-in-1 UV, it is a security taggant that remains invisible under standard UV wavelengths. Since the taggant is added to plastic injection-molded chip materials, it offers quick validation of chips when placed in stacks or racks. It also offers three levels of authentication, including a forensic verification using Scanning Electron Microscopy.
We will also be demonstrating SecuriFilm, a new decal security film with a semi- transparent hologram-like effect that enables quick authentication. SecuriFilm can be easily authenticated at the table and includes an additional covert security feature enabling a higher level of validation. The feature also adds
to the aesthetic appeal of the decal’s design.
Customers can see RFID demonstrations that illustrate our latest RFID products and solutions. In addition to a full and complete line of RFID currency and RFID products, we have developed a variety of RFID solutions that provide valuable efficiencies to help operators streamline their operations on the gaming floor, the cage and back of the house.
With the acquisition of Gemaco this past year, we are also now proud to offer our customers the Gemaco branded line of playing cards along with our Paulson cards. The Gemaco branded card line includes two paper stock and two plastic card types. We will be showcasing a full suite of table game products with each table stocked with the essential products required for a live game.
