The AIMEXIII can place components as small as 03015 at a rated speed of 35,000cph with an accuracy of 25um using the new H24G placement head. Advanced linear motor and vision processing technology allow the AIMEXIII to be the fastest, most innovative placement machine to date.
The new Dyna Head can place components ranging from 01005 ~ 74 x 74mm and connectors up to 32mm x 180mm using a wide variety of standard nozzles, specialty nozzles and mechanical chucks. The AIMEXIII is available in both single or dual gantry & single or dual lane configurations allowing the user to customize the unit for specific production needs.
Large touchscreen monitors make loading jobs, machine operation and program editing easy, and advanced NPI tools
automatically correct programming errors instantly. Smart feeders with automatic electronic verification insure error free set-up and hot swap & gang feeder replacement make change-over the fastest in the industry.
