SEHO Offers High-Efficiency Wave Soldering System
Erlanger, KY — SEHO has designed its PowerWave N2 wave soldering system for medium-to-large produc- tion volumes and has optimized it for low nitrogen consumption and high energy efficiency. The PowerWave N2 contains an innovative fluxer unit that reduces flux consumption significantly and keeps maintenance costs low. The spray fluxer with HVLP (high-volume low-pressure) technology ensures a stable spray jet and precise spray pattern even at the outer edges of PCBs. The machine can also handle alcohol- and water- based fluxes without any problems. Its flexible preheating zone con-
figuration has an active length of 1.8m (5.9 ft) enables the system to be customized to specific production needs. Depending on the require-
Coto Intros Miniature Magnetic Sensors and Switches
North Kingstown, RI — Coto Tech nol - ogy has introduced its RedRock™ RR110 analog sensor, RR120 digital sensor and RR130 digital switch. With standard SOT-23 packages, the devices are half the size of the compa- ny’s CT05 molded reed switches. The new high-performance sensors and switches have been designed for multi- ple applications across various mar- kets, offering sensitivity, a small pack- age size and a competitive price. The devices are suitable for next-genera- tion of medical, automotive, instru - mentation, and industrial applications, due to their high magnetic sensitivity
ments, the PowerWave N2 may be equipped with infrared heating zones,
immediately reacting quartz emitters, or with convection heating modules.
The soldering area is also adjustable and automatically adjusts nozzle heights for different processes. The system also includes a programmable soldering mode, which is a tool to opti- mize the soldering process for difficult assemblies. Up-to-date wave formers ensure maximum flexibility in the sol- dering area as well as high-quality
soldering results. Contact: SEHO North America,

with high hysteresis, EMF resistance, and low power consumption. The RR110, RR120, and RR130
meet the strict power constraints of battery-operated portable devices and electronics, suiting the needs of emerging medical device applications including ingestibles and implants. Their small package size makes the components useful for current med- ical applications including portable insulin pumps, capsule endoscopes, hearing aids, insulin pens, medical wearables, and other small, battery- powered medical electronic devices. Other applications include consumer smart wearables and “wake up”
mode switching on microprocessors. Contact: Coto Technology, Inc.,
