COMPANY WINS NEW CONTRACTS

A company which has more than 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry has landed two more major contracts. Suburban Environmental Services’ core business is

providing a reliable, high quality daily cleaning service for commercial offices but it also offers a warehouse cleaning service ranging from daily routine cleaning to one-off deep clean projects. It has recently secured two major one-off projects at

large warehouses in Northamptonshire which had a combined value of nearly £200,000. Account Manager Simon Hounsell said: “These projects

both involved ceiling to floor cleaning from the lights, beams and girders all the way down to the ground. “I’m very pleased to say that in both cases we won the

contracts because the businesses in question had heard about our high levels of service from other organisations.” Previously, Suburban Environmental Services has

taken on warehouses up to 24 metres high and 300,000 square feet in size. For larger contracts the company has dispatched up to 30 people and it uses Class M vacuum cleaners with built in cameras so customers can see what is happening above their heads. Suburban Environmental Services places a particular emphasis on pollution prevention and aims to minimise the use of electricity and chemicals so it can save its customers’ money while protecting the environment.
