needed to move over to a more products-based business to respond to changing needs in learning, such as elearning for remote teams, and the need for mobile, video based learning.
Adrian and Kay have served the local business community well,
and in turn they have a dream to help young people in the area. Kay said: “Our dream is that our business will carry on, as it
becomes more products driven. We read an article about Bill Gates which inspired us to set up the Buckby-Green Trust to support young people as part of our mission to help people to be the best that they can be. “We’d like to use our resources to help young people who
may not have had the best start in life. “We are passionate about businesses offering placements to
school students and young people. A lot of small businesses don’t think this is something they can offer because they don’t appreciate how valuable it can be for a young person to spend time in a company, even in a shadowing role.” In addition, Kay already supports the community by
promoting Northamptonshire as a wonderful place to live, work and visit in her role as a Northamptonshire Ambassador.
