Off the beaten track, on the island of Lemnos, the Portomyrina Palace Beachclub couldn’t be more perfectly situated. It’s heaven for mountain bikers and sailors. The surrounding hillsides are full of trails to explore and the wind blows consistently; sailors and windsurfers will be in their element.

The pool bar has a unique design with a canopied roof shading you from the sun. Stop by for a sundowner and catch the sun setting over the pool.

The local area Walk up to Myrina (the capital of Lemnos), a 15-minute stroll away. Check out the Venetian Castle, play a traditional game of backgammon at Castle Bar. Take in spectacular views and equally spectacular cocktails.

Hire a car and explore little Greek villages, be sure not to miss the salt lakes where (depending when you visit) you may also spot pink flamingos.

Activities on the water You’ve come to the right place for sailing and windsurfing. With stronger winds in the morning, sailors and windsurfers will have a great start to their day. In the afternoon, conditions are better for beginner sailors and windsurfers, water skiers and wakeboarders.

Most of the day you can head out on the stand up paddle boards or kayaks. There are plenty of nooks and crannies to explore and the sea is super-clear. We can also arrange kitesurf lessons at a nearby beach.

Activities on the shore The wild and unspoilt landscape is crammed with mountain bike trails. Set off on a guided ride to tackle the ascents and be rewarded with the rush of epic off road descents. If that’s not for you, there are plenty of easy-going rides, exploring local villages and olive groves.

Three tennis courts are floodlit and our coaches offer a variety of classes.

Outdoor fitness with a cooling sea breeze and sea views will keep you coming back for more and with a wide range of classes, there's simply no excuses!
