Pricing information

A guide to pricing your holiday Our brochure is intended to provide a quick and easy way for you to compare holiday prices. We display an accurate indication of our basic lead in prices for low, mid and high seasons together with the dates that apply to those seasons. For our up to the minute prices, see neilson.co.uk, call us or ask your travel agent.

Under occupancy supplements Prices are usually based on at least two non-infants sharing the hotel accommodation. If fewer share the accommodation, supplements will have to be paid. These under occupancy supplements are payable per person per night (unless stated otherwise), and may vary depending on date of travel. Infants do not count towards occupancy levels. Rooms for the single traveller are available at most properties on request and subject to availability. Contact us for further information and supplements where applicable.

Single supplements If a single person occupies a room with more than one bed, they will usually be asked to pay a supplement. Single rooms are often smaller, may not have a balcony and may not be of the same general standard as normal twins. While there is normally a supplement for these rooms the overall cost will usually be less than when a single person occupies a double room.

Child prices The price for children aged 14 years and under on the return date of the holiday will usually be at a reduction from the adult holiday price. The reduction will vary by destination and departure date, however it will generally be higher if the child is sharing a room with two or more adult priced passengers. As with all our holiday prices please check neilson.co.uk, call us or ask your travel agent for up to minute child prices.

Early booking, affinity and value added offers All offers are subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Neilson reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time. Offers must be added at time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively unless otherwise stated. All offers are valid for new bookings only and may not be combinable with other offers. Offers apply to selected departure dates, properties, flights, airports and room types. All offers are based on maximum occupancy of a room. Supplements and reductions will apply.

Extra charges - before booking Our prices include an amount to cover our current fuel and other associated charges, such as Air Passenger Duty (APD). These charges and costs may change between date of publication and the time of travel. We reserve the right to alter prices, for example we may introduce fuel supplements or add supplements if our aviation, security, taxes or insurance costs change. Please therefore check carefully the total costing, including any additional charges, with us or your travel advisor before you book.
