Rest and relaxation The spa here is the real deal with indoor hydromassage whirlpool, resistance swimming pool with waterfall, hot tubs, steam bath and three types of sauna. There are a number of treatment rooms, including one designed especially for couples. The rooms are peaceful and beautifully designed – you won’t want to leave.
Food and drink It’s club board at Alana Beachclub brought to you be the local team of chefs. Tables are set on an alfresco terrace amongst fragrant pine trees and close to the water's edge. On non-inclusive evenings you can grab a snack from the beach bar, enjoy a bbq or head into town (a 10-15 minute walk). The hotel owner has his own vineyard and the wines are served in the restaurant. Choose from robust reds and crisp whites; they’re utterly delicious. Drink your sundowner with an awesome view, from our rooftop cocktail bar.
Families There’s lots for families, with Neilson run kids’ clubs (four months – 17 years), a pool for the little ones, play area, mini golf, lots of wide open spaces and warm, shallow water. The local town is also very family friendly.
Rooms There are rooms in three different areas of the beachclub. The central tower has rooms on nine floors; the views from the upper floors are hard to beat. Either side of the pool are more rooms, over three floors, the majority look out across the gardens and many have sea views. Choose from twin, double, family rooms and apartments with one or two bedrooms plus lounge area. There are also five two-bedroom cabins with large sea facing wooden verandas. Step onto your private veranda and you are a stones throw from the beach. All rooms have air-conditioning, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, safety deposit box, beach towels and hairdryer.
