OK, I know I said 'if you can't say anything nice, don't say nothing at all' - well I am going to go against my own rules...... Try as I might I cannot find a good word to say about HDMI cables and phone chargers and the ports where they are supposed to fit so perfectly - whoever made them needs to be spoken
to very sternly. Every time I want to charge my phone or watch a DVD I spend more time wiggling the cables than it takes them to carry out the task they were made for! I have bought new cables but it seems it is the ports that are the problem and so I continue to wiggle away. OK rant over.
If you are in the Vega Baja area don't forget to pick up the latest issue of the Focus on Professional Services, if you haven't already done so. Again it is packed with useful information for you to keep to hand for when you need to use one of the businesses.
Lastly, but definitely not least, we are very proud to have come 3rd best expatriate magazine in the world in the 2016 TESCA awards. It really does mean a lot to us and thank you to all who voted for us.
As we are going to print we have just heard about the passing of Stewart Collier. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends at this very sad time. A giant of a musician, a great guy and a huge loss. R.I.P.
