Hey, did you guys ever play a David Bowie song? I used to do “Suffragette City” and “Ziggy Star- dust.” Back in the days of playing four sets a night, you know.

Of course, you’d play everything then, I remember those days, too. Oh yeah.

I used to do “Rebel Rebel” and “Space Oddity” of course everybody did that one. For sure.

And I’m sure you played a lot of Glen Frey’s songs. Oh yeah. A lot.

Yeah, the Eagles. Every night. I don’t know why a lot of people, like in The Big Lebowskimovie, people were giving the Eagles a hard time. I love the Eagles.

Yeah, me too. There ain’t a damn thing wrong with that music. It was pretty much perfect.

Yeah man. You know the first albums were my favorites like Desperado and all that, like when Bernie Leadon was in there. Yeah.

I mean, I like ‘em all but the countryish stuff in the early days, it was really more country back then I think. Bernie had played with Gram Parsons in the Flying Burrito Brothers and that’s kind of what they were going for, you know, maybe a little slicker version of the Burrito Brothers.

Yeah, for sure. Good stuff. Well final question, Da, ta da da! Give me a kind of a run down of what your future plans are. Well, we’re gonna go do a few shows and go do this cruise with the Sirius XM Outlaw Cruise.

We’ll get off that, we’ll get a little time and fin- ish up this album and I hope that the new album will be out around September.

Oh yeah. Can’t wait! And around that time we’re gonna, well before that happens we’re going to have a pretty big Summer tour announcement. I can’t say any- thing else about it yet.

Ah! It’s gonna… we got a good Summer comin’.

Oh good. That sounds good. Yeah.

Well, we’ll be there. Well, that’s good man, I appreciate all that. I appreciate your doing this interview, you know.

Alright buddy. And thank you for your time. Keep it roickin’ man. Okay, my friend. Take care.

Thanks, Charlie. •
