Like many people we cannot believe Christmas is upon us and a New Year beckons. 2015 has been one of the busiest and most successful years for Hamiltons of London, we have helped hundreds of clients move on and sell or rent their properties, nearly doubling the sales and rentals we achieved in the previous year. In spite of the economic ‘crisis’, our investment in marketing has enabled us to not only survive but thrive. We have relocated our Jávea office, and employed a new and enthusiastic team which is now under new management, as well as launching our new build side to the business, so we have been more than a little busy!
Looking into our 2016 crystal ball we are predicting continued growth and more confidence for people to invest and enjoy living, renting and taking a holiday in the beautiful Moraira and Jávea areas. With the sterling rate improving and mortgage rates in Spain at an all-time low, the economic climate can only help, so if you are thinking about selling or renting your property we would love to meet you.
