Open air carol singing at Javea Port

Javea Port will be alive to the sound of music once again this Christmas. Members of Javea International Baptist Church (JIBC) will be singing carols in the square opposite the Miramar Hotel on Tuesday, 22nd December at noon.

The event has become a popular fixture in the festive calendar and you are invited to bring your family, friends and neighbours, to enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate at one of the nearby cafes and join with us singing carols old and new to get into the real spirit of Christmas.

JIBC will also be holding a carol service at the Church Centre - its home in the Pueblo just up from the main underground car park - on 20th December, as well as a Christmas Day service on 25th December, both starting at 10.30am.

As well as a service every Sunday morning, the English-speaking church offers a variety of activities during the week, including a popular walking group, a strolling group for the less energetic and a ‘Place For Friendship’ cafe which is open every Thursday (market day) where everyone can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with cake and biscuits.

An Alpha course for those wishing to find out more about Christianity begins in January.

Please access our website www.javeabaptist.com for directions to the Church Centre and for more detailed information on all activities and events available or call 965 795 847.

We look forward to seeing you all at the open air carol service at 12 noon on Tuesday 22nd December. Do wear something red to add to the Christmas atmosphere.
