Female Focus HELP in Jávea.
Although HELP of Denia & Marina Alta covers Jávea, for some people it proves difficult or even impossible to get to our office in La Xara so
HELP is coming to you. HELP’s care coordinator for Jávea, Catherine Pérez Pinto, who is also our Vice President, will be in the office of Cancer Care in Jávea Park every Wednesday morning from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Catherine will be able to attend to your enquiries, problems and requests for help as well as pointing you in the right direction to get the correct help you need. We, at HELP, are very grateful to Cancer Care for their kind offer of the use of their premises and we hope to improve even further the close relationship that the two organisations already enjoy.
One of our main problems in HELP is identifying those people who are in need of help so you could be very useful in helping us with that. We look forward to meeting you and we are always on the lookout for new volunteers for HELP.

Marina Alta and Costa Blanca Floral Club
Our Christmas Demonstration is on Thursday 10th December, when we look forward to welcoming UK NAFAS Floral Demonstrator Kathleen Gibson with “Here Comes Christmas”. Kathleen, who comes from Gateshead, enjoys both traditional and contemporary floral designs,
which she incorporates in her demonstrations.
We meet at the The Salon de Actos, La Senieta, Moraira (plenty of free parking) and doors open at 2pm for seating by 2.45pm.
To help put everyone in a Festive Floral Mood we will be serving a welcoming glass of cava and a mince pie before the demonstration. While enjoying your glass of festive cheer you will have an opportunity to buy tickets for the flower raffle (flowers supplied by Paichi Garden Centre) and also tickets for our Christmas Hamper Raffle and supporting prizes: the profits from this raffle are going to Protección Civil Teulada, in support of the ambulance service, and, for the first time we are also donating to Fontilles. Please do come along and support us. There will also be a sales table, where you will be sure to be able to pick up a floral bargain.
ALL WELCOME: entrance members for is 5€ and visitors 8€.
