Female Focus Xmas Fair
Calpe and Benissa Lions
Friday 11th December sees for one day only a Xmas
Fair at the Lions Shop at Pintor Sorolla in Calpe between 10am and 1pm.
There will be free mince pies and a glass of mulled wine for everyone that comes down to visit the special Xmas stall and have a look around the Charity shop. Also appearing will be the Costa Barber Singers where you will have the opportunity to hear their Festive repertoire and may even be able to join in with a few of the Christmas songs. If you are the type of person that does not mind giving a little of your time to help with Lions organised events, attend one meeting each month or help in the Lions shop in Calpe for 3 hours each week then please get in touch. Being a Lion offers great satisfaction when seeing the help that is given to the local community whether it be providing food for those in need each month or giving much needed Xmas gifts to the local schools for children with disabilities. There is also an excellent opportunity to socialise with a great bunch of people.
If you would like to come along to the meeting, then contact President Bob Sydney 636 695 569 or Vice President Keith Littlewood on 657 684 094. We look forward to meeting you.

Come along once again and join
another of Christmas
Moraira Lions Club on 5th December at 6pm; gather
with Teulada round
with family & friends to sing well
loved Christmas Carols and allow yourself to be touched by the wonder of the season as snow falls gently around, generated by T.M. Lions, now famous, snow machine which is primed and ready for action! There will be a stall selling mince pies & shortbread and, in addition, warming noggins of Glühwein will be available for sale to the adults in the audience.
T.M. Lions are delighted to have The Costa Blanca Male Voice Choir back once again to lead the assembled company in carol singing whilst music will, as tradition now dictates, be provided by the Band of the Salvation Army from Madrid.
Attendance at this event is free to all, although members of the Lions Club will be there in their distinctive yellow tops, “rattling buckets” to ask everyone who can to make a donation. All nett proceeds from the night’s collection will be donated to The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
For details of all their future events, follow Teulada Moraira Lions Club on Facebook, or join the Lions’ mailing list by sending “add me” to
