I know we keep sayng it every year but seriously where has this year gone? It doesn’t seem like 12 months since I last tried to pursuade the family that turkey is not obligatory and we could do fish instead. Once again I fear that I am losing the battle and can see a turkey and all the trimmings will be the order of the day otherwise apparently ‘it’s not Christmas’.
Darling granddaughter is too young to understand Christmas this year which in a way is good as she isn’t demanding everything she sees on the television. Darling daughter on the other hand is not too young, but finding that now she has a little one everyone is buying for the baby and not for her..... Sorry DD that’s life....
It just leaves me to say a
